Leaky Front Door

Are people signing up for groups but never really landing in one?

People are interested in groups, but fewer end up in one than you'd hope. It's rarely the groups themselves. It's the steps in between, where nobody is quite sure whose job it is to follow up.

Every hand-off is a chance to build someone's trust or lose it.

Three things you can do this week
1
Sign up like a newcomer would
Join one of your own groups as if you were new. Notice anything confusing, and how long it takes a real person to get back to you.
2
See how fast people hear back
Look at your last 10 to 20 sign-ups. Aim for an automatic thank-you right away, a personal text within an hour, and a leader reaching out within a day.
3
Put a name on the first reply
Choose one specific person to make that first personal contact. Not "someone will follow up."

Picture every person who raises their hand hearing from a real person within a day, and finding their place.

Sometimes it helps to think out loud with someone who's been there. Grab 30 minutes with me. It's free, and there's no sales pitch, just a good conversation about your groups.
