Are you guessing how your groups are really doing?

When someone asks how your groups are doing, you've got a number and a gut feeling. You're not alone in that. Most groups ministries grow faster than anyone's ability to keep track of them.

You don't need a big dashboard. You need a couple of simple signals you'll actually look at.

Three things you can do this week
1
Set aside one hour
Sit down with a co-leader, coach or pastor. Write down what your groups are for, sketch how someone goes from curious to connected, and note who helps at each step.
2
Pick two things to watch
One that tells you people feel like they belong, and one that tells you how quickly people hear back from you. That's it. Just two.
3
Put a monthly check-in on the calendar
One page, those two things, and one question: "What changed, and what might be behind it?"

Picture walking into your next staff meeting knowing exactly how your groups are doing, and what to do next.
